Our humble beginnings
Positive Options for Prosperity began its journey in 2007. Our president, Treinnea Russell, brought over 25 years of construction experience, spanning from blue-collar to white-collar roles, along with extensive general contracting expertise. She observed many homeowners signing contracts they didn't fully understand, often involving adjustable-rate mortgages and non-traditional financial options. Recognizing the impending housing market bubble, Treinnea founded Positive Options for Prosperity to support communities through environmental challenges, natural disasters, and economic shifts.
Making a lasting impact
We've witnessed profound positive changes in our community and in the lives of individuals. Families have secured housing with locked-in interest rates and traditional financing, achieving stable homeownership. We've also helped trained individuals secure long-term, permanent jobs in union trades, universities, and various government entities.
